The Forest Hill Society has objected to the proposal for 20 flats to be built on the site of Green Bank Cottage and Taymount Lodge at the top of Taymount Rise.

Our main concerns for this development are:
- Proximity and overlooking of existing properties
- Loss of daylight from existing properties
- Lack of social housing
- Parking issues
- Encouraging Walking / Cycling
